Jerome "Jerry" Garcia (August 1, 1942 - August 9, 1995) was a musician, poet, guitarist and soloist in the psychedelic rock band "Grateful Dead".
Garcia is known for his very unique playing style and ranks 13th in the list of the top 100 guitarists of all time in the Rolling Stone music magazine.
